Description

The medication reconciliation technician is responsible for compiling an accurate prior to admission medication history under the direction of a pharmacist. Information will be obtained by interviewing the patient, family, or caregiver, calling pharmacies, and using other available resources.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Variable Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

• Upon hire: Alaska Pharmacy Technician License
• 2 years in a pharmacy department.
