We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, and previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment. The Office Assistant is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks including purchasing office supplies, managing projects, scheduling appointments, data entry and order processing. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual who is able to work independently and produce quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls.
• Maintain an organized inbox.
• Manage the meeting schedule for a small office.
• Answer questions about employment status and benefits.
• Edit documents for grammar and spelling.
• Ensure that all necessary business forms are completed accurately.
• Organize and submit employee expense reports to payroll.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
