As a Photo Producer, you will play an essential role in producing high-quality photoshoots, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with cross functional marketing teams. You will be a subject matter expert in photo production, be a skilled negotiator and bring fresh insight and energy to our shoot team.
Using your high level of creativity, you will play a key role in supporting our guests by:
- Collaborating with the creative team to plan, develop and carry out the creative concept for each photoshoot including developing and implementing a photoshoot schedule
- Sourcing and hiring photographers, videographers, models, stylists, and other crew
- Negotiating contracts, fees, and usage rights with talent and vendors
- Booking and negotiating contracts, rates on locations, travel & other related needs
- Coordinating and overseeing daily on-set needs including location scouting, travel arrangements and equipment rental
- Overseeing and maintaining photo shoot budgets, timelines and expenses including writing all purchase orders, processing all invoices and reconciling accounts related to photoshoots
We're looking for someone:- With a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- With 5 years of photoshoot production or similar experience preferred: men's retail experience a plus; styling or fashion a plus
- With knowledge in MAC OS
- With intermediate familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
