At our Raleigh location we are looking for someone that can operate our laminating and/or other production equipment with efficiency. It is important maintain a clean and safe production area.
Responsibilities:
1. To help the company achieve its revenue and profitability goals by delivering high quality laminating and fabrication services in a clean environment in a timely fashion.
2. To reduce mistakes, overruns, and other errors to as close to zero as possible and to provide feedback on machinery and work processes to supervisor and management.
3. Stage orders for fabrication. Set up and operate machinery. Utilizing manufacturing documents and drawing, cut countertops to specifications. Verify production needs. Check drawings to ensure that cabinetry items received matches.
4. Follow procedures to do perform daily, weekly, or monthly preventive maintenance, as applicable.
5. Operate equipment and tools, including power lift trucks, as needed to move materials or tops from one line to another. Monitor machine performance to remain within standards.
6. Manage, or help manage, the flow of inventory and finished jobs into and out of production areas.
7. Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools, as much as possible. For more serious cleaning and repair, notify the Team Lead or manager.
8. Clean the production and related work areas to ensure a clean and orderly workplace. Modify work area as needed to perform work adequately and safely.
9. Load and unload production materials, machinery, and tools. Move to designated areas as needed.
10. Learn and follow safety regulations. Pursue and participate in other training as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1plus years of experience
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery.

- Great Organizational Skills
