Photocopy Supervisor supervises high-volume copying, printing, and finishing operations. Monitors production processes to fulfill jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processes. Being a Photocopy Supervisor inspects the set up required for each job for accuracy. Assists with troubleshooting and resolution of any equipment problems or malfunctions. Additionally, Photocopy Supervisor performs quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. Trains operators on standard procedures for machine set-up, operation, maintenance, completed job preparation, and work order tracking. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Summary/Objective

the performance and productivity of the crews. The employee plans, audits, and evaluates the
performance of project activity.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position oversees General Foreman, Crew Leaders, Crew Members, and assigned projects.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Supervisor is working outdoors, exposed to all
temperatures, weather, and nature. The employee will be exposed to excessive noise.

The Supervisor enters and exits a vehicle numerous times per day. Personal protective equipment
