Advises patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process. Physical Therapist for an In-Home Care agency in Collier County (NON-MEDICARE & NO OASIS CHARTING)
We are looking for a PT to join our team to work with patients living in the Naples area. East Naples, Naples, North Naples, Golden Gate City, Golden Gate Estates and Bonita Springs. Possibly Estero as well if willing/able.

How you will make a difference:
As a physical therapist you will help patients meet their goals in the places, they call home. You will connect with your patients through their treatment plans and monitor their progress. PTs who enjoy creating their schedule, autonomy, and experience with a wide range of ages and conditions will shine in this role! We do not employ PTA’s, so you will follow the patient from admission, treatment, and discharge. We are NON-Medicare, so we have different regulations to follow. We own our technology our charting is very easy, user-friendly, and customizable to each patient and their specific needs. Patients are typically on service with us from 4-6 weeks until they transition to outpatient PT.
