are currently seeking to recruit a full time Anesthesiologist to join our
esteemed team in the picturesque locale of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our practice
prides itself on the expertise of our clinicians, who provide exceptional care
at both our hospitals and outpatient surgery center.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation for Anesthesiologists, with an annual salary of $581,250 on a 1099 basis, along with 13 weeks of vacation per year. Our practice covers all provider malpractice insurance, and we provide access to group benefits through a partnership with a trusted third party.
Our facility is a comprehensive hospital offering a wide range of medical specialties, providing an exciting and diverse case mix. With the exception of transplants, nearly all specialties are represented, offering our team a stimulating environment to practice in. Our anesthesia team consists of five MDs and 18 CRNAs, ensuring ample support and collaboration.
Our staffing model ensures a balanced workload, with a daily grid of three Anesthesiologists and 12 CRNAs. Additionally, our call schedule rotates, with no weekend call required. Typically, Anesthesiologists will work approximately five weekday call shifts per month.
