    • Reside in Northern California for monthly onsite visits.

    • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with expertise in telehealth and virtual patient care.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships.
    • Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a virtual healthcare team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to evolving telehealth workflows and technologies.
    • Willingness to travel within Northern California for onsite MONTHLY visits and meetings.
