Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive examines and treats disorders and diseases of the cardiovascular system. Diagnoses patients with the aid of diagnostic images and electrocardiograph recordings. Being a Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive only uses non-invasive procedures to help with diagnosis and treatment. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. Requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Cardiology - Non-Invasive's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. The practice’s state-of-the-art cardiovascular care enables easy access to cutting-edge technology within the community. Medical staff offers expertise in all aspects of modern cardiology, including ultrasonography, pacemaker insertion, peripheral interventions, venous laser ablations, and nuclear cardiology. In addition to the seven board-certified cardiologists, the practice employs five advanced practitioners, certified technologists in the areas of vascular, echocardiography, nuclear stress technologies, as well as exercise physiologists in our cardiac rehabilitation clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established practice with strong patient demand!Compensation- $500,000 and $525,000 annually- Eventual move into a comprehensive program with productivity and quality incentives built right in- Starting bonus (negotiable)- Relocation assistance (to be discussed during interview)- Paid malpractice, including tail coverage- CME time & expense allowance- Paid time off- Two part retirement Savings programSchedule- 50/50 hospital/clinics- On-call 1 weeknight per week telephone call (will rarely have to come in)- 1:5 Weekend call rotation supported by APPs- Round hospital during the day on weekends, and on-call by phone at night. Schenectady (/skəˈnɛktədi/) is a city in Schenectady County, New York, United States, of which it is the county seat. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 66,135.
