Physician - Dermatology examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin. Prescribes and administers patient medications. Being a Physician - Dermatology performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Additionally, Physician - Dermatology requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Dermatology's years of experience requirement may be unspecified.     Dermatology Clinic seeking a friendly employee to join our team. The Receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of general administrative support duties associated with the patient intake process and performing routine duties within the clinic.

    The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive:
    • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
    • Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of Genuine, Caring, and Friendly.
    • Optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
    • Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
    • Scanning patient information into the EMR system.
    • Gather necessary demographic and insurance information from the patient to create and/or update the patient's medical record.
    • Interact with patients and staff in a manner that reflects favorably on our clinic and promotes teamwork.

    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Great customer service.
    • Time management.
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
    • Knowledge of basic computer software, and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
