Being a Physician - Family Practice prescribes and administers medications, performs routine vaccinations, and provides advice regarding personal health and hygiene. Requests necessary tests and follow-up visits and refers patients to specialists, as necessary. Additionally, Physician - Family Practice requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Requires a valid state license to practice. May report to a medical director. Physician - Family Practice's years of experience requirement may be unspecified. Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Assessment 8 Pay Rate: $-0.03 - $-0.05
This facility is seeking a Primary Care Home Health Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:- Schedule: Flexible schedule based on availability (Part-Time or Full-Time basis)
- Job Setting: Home Care
- Types of Cases: In-home health and wellness assessments
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 Weeks
- Immediate start upon credentialing
- Must have an active Maine state license
