HOURS: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm
POSITION SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Gather patient demographic and personal information.
Issue medical files to persons and agencies according to laws and regulations.
Help with departmental audits and investigations.
Maintain quality and accurate records by following laboratory procedures.
Ensure patient paperwork, records, and reports are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Make sure all medical records, paperwork, and reports are protected and kept confidential.
Supply necessary departments with the appropriate documents and forms.
Completes clerical duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing patient records.
Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind the work assignments of this position as business needs warrant.

Education / Certifications:
High School Diploma required
Associates Degree preferred

Willingness to maintain confidential information
