You Will:

• Work with denials for Medicaid, Medicare, UHC, VA, Premera and all other commercial payers groups
• Make outbound calls
• Possess familiarity with navigating the payers websites
• Proficient with submitting appeals

• H.S. diploma or equivalent
• Fast and accurate computer keyboarding skills
• Intermediate capabilities in Excel; operatie a 10-key and experience with other office equipment basic windows operation
• Professional and courteous phone skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Minimum one year experience in a medical office or insurance billing, preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) by AAPC, preferred
