Envision Physician Services is seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians for our newly remodeled 13 Bed wing (separate from adult) at Palms West Children's Hospital located in Loxahatchee, Florida located in the greater West Palm Beach Area.
Pediatric ED Features:
- 55,000 annual patient visits (35,000 Main ED; 20,000 Peds ED).
- Palms West Children's Hospital features a newly remodeled and expanded 13-bed pediatric ED (14 Bed Adult ED)
- Physician Shifts: 6a-6p, 6p-6a with 12 hours of APP coverage 10a-10p
- Resident coverage with 3 surrounding EM residency programs and 1 in-house Pediatric Residency Program
- Admit rate is 10%
- Accredited NICU (24/7 PICU and NICU)
- Offering occurrence based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- W-2-Comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc
Applicants must have successfully completed at least 5 moderate sedation cases in the last 12 months without complication. Qualified candidates must be BC/BP Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians (having completed a fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine) with current ACLS and PALS.
