Physician - Podiatry jobs in Chattanooga, TN

Looking to fill a part time Medical Assistant position in a Podiatry practice in the Jasper area 2 days a week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 8:00AM to roughly 4:00PM. Applicants need to be proficient in the following areas: taking manual vital signs, patient intake to include the following: the ability to obtain a thorough health history with patient assessment, EMR charting, and be willing to learn new things. You should be able to speak and communicate clearly and effectively with patients, colleagues and other health care professionals. Applicant must be a team player and display a caring/affectionate attitude towards ailing patients. Versatility is a must and respect for patient privacy is of utmost importance. Although medical assisting is the main job, you must be willing and ok with other aspects of working in a doctors office including but not limited to paperwork, answering phones, insurance verification, etc. We are looking to fill the position with the right person as soon as possible. Hours and hourly rate to be discussed at time of interview.
