Experienced Medical Front Desk Coordinator needed for a busy podiatry office. The successful candidate must be professional, dependable, detail oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure in a fast paced, team environment. Strong customer service skills are required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: check in, check out, scheduling, chart prep, copays, daily cash out, phones, referrals, and scanning. Reliable transportation is required as travel to other offices for coverage is occasionally necessary. Optimal candidate will be open to being cross-trained as a Medical Assistant.
