Join a team of providers advancing health and social justice for ALL patients in our community! In this role you will provide direct medical care for a panel of patients of all ages within the scope of privileges granted and within a PCPCH care model. This includes performing patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, treatment of diagnosed conditions, prescribing medications, performing specialized tests and treatments within the scope of privileges, and patient education. In addition to direct care and documentation duties, will participate in clinical quality improvement, peer review, PCPCH, Meaningful Use and other programs as required of a Federal Qualified Health Center operating in the State of Oregon and Washington. OCH Family Practice Physicians may provide supervisory and administrative oversight of the education of physicians and other allied professional learners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school and current Board Certification in specialty field.
• Current Oregon Medical License and DEA licensure in good standing. Will include Washington License when applicable.  
• Medical staff appointment and privileges at Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital.
• Must be within 15 minutes driving time from Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital if participating in on-call rotation.
• Three (3) years of Professional clinical experience in family or general practice, including obstetrics, adult and pediatric acute and chronic primary care, office gynecology, and emergency care.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records (EMR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• EPIC- EMR
• Experienced working in FQHC or look-alike
