The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for supervising, facilitating, and coordinating the activities of clinical support staff for the provision of quality patient care in the physician outpatient clinics. The Clinical Operations Manager demonstrates the consistent ability to act as a role model providing direction in the application of the nursing and clinical process, quality improvement standards, and organizational and departmental goals in accordance with policies and procedures.

Registered Nurse with current Alabama or Multistate License. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered nurse.
Prior work experience in nursing management or leadership role preferred
