Physician - Pulmonary Medicine jobs in San Bernardino, CA

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, Hyperbaric, Allergy, and Sleep Medicine is seeking a Pulmonary and Hyperbaric Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team.
This full-time position will provide opportunities for patient care on the pulmonology and hyperbaric services for a dynamic, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate.
The PA should have at least 2-3 years of clinical experience. An exceptional new PA graduate may be considered. Specific experience with hyperbaric medicine is not required. Training will be provided once hired.
Responsibilities will include:

• Evaluate and treat new or existing patients in the pulmonary and hyperbaric clinic, referring them for advanced pulmonary procedures as needed.

• Provide patient care on the pulmonary consult service, including initial consults, daily follow-up, and discharge planning.

• Evaluate new consults, supervise treatments, and daily follow-up for patients on the hyperbaric medicine service. Training in hyperbaric medicine will be provided

• Participate in quality improvement and research projects.

• Assist with other clinical duties as needed within the Division, commensurate with the job description and qualifications.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $130,000 - $160,000. This amount does not include variable compensation or extra productivity and is subject to the individual department compensation plans. More information on compensation is discussed with the departments during the recruitment process.
