PREMIER THERAPY is looking for PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Kuttawa, KY.

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

• Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Family education.
• Facility in services and education.
• Attend care planning conferences.
• Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
