Performs initial interviews to determine candidate suitability for placement. Being a Physician Recruiter requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Physician Recruiter typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Job Requirements
