Physician - Rheumatology jobs in Hilo, HI

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides comprehensive patient care without hospital call, in accordance with training, experience, and licensure. They will participate as a member of the medical team with the Center. This position will function as an educational resource to patients, the Center, students and the Community.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Board Certified (or Board eligible) Physician (MD or DO); Licensed in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, preferred
• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Hawaii
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certificate
• Current Hawaii State Controlled Substance Registration
• NPI Registry
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
• Knowledge and ability to use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System (Practice Management Software)
