Job Title: Planner
Location: Luling, TX - work from home flexibility, with 1-2 days in office a week

Overview: As a Planner at X-Bow Systems, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels and ensuring timely procurement of materials. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating with various teams, optimizing production schedules, and maintaining compliance with purchasing policies.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline with 5 years of relevant experience in program management organizations.
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity Microsoft Project as well as other information systems/data management
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of material through the Production cycle.
• Provide material lead time(s) to projects and programs.
• Work with Supply Chain Managers (MPMs) to determine quantity and order date for raw materials to meet production demands.
• Work with Supply Chain Managers (MPMs) to develops production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and historical analysis.
• May be involved in selecting and negotiating with approved vendors.
• Monitors and analyzes inventory levels and works to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develops forecasts for raw materials.
• Any other assigned tasks

• Hybrid work environment
• Travel up to 15%
