Additionally, Plant Accountant typically requires a bachelor's degree of accounting or related field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Plant Accountant gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. -Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
-Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
-You will also collaborate and communicate with accounting, process business transactions, and handle accounts payable and receivable, and expense reports.
