P/T Client Success Manager – Tax and Accounting Office- Pittsburg, Kansas

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are a growing firm providing accounting, tax, payroll and financial services to our clients. We are seeking a professional to fill the role for a seasonal Client Success Manager in our Pittsburg office. This position will be for the 2025 tax season (January-May). You will handle the front office functions of a tax preparation firm from answering the phones, greeting customers, setting appointments, processing customer payments and many other tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Ensure confidentiality and provide excellent service to promote repeat business

Answering phones and greeting customers

Organizing, filing and scanning documents

Willingness to learn about the accounting and tax industry

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

3 years’ experience in administrative assistant role preferred.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Bookkeeping, Accounting, and/or Payroll experience is a bonus.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pittsburg, KS 66762: Relocate before starting work (Required)
