Work Location: We currently have two open Controller II positions.  

• One position is remote with preference of the candidates in the Duluth or Twin Cities Metro area. 
• One position is hybrid in the Morris area. 

All candidates must live in Minnesota.

OUR OPPORTUNITY:

Currently, we have a Corporate Controller position to provide expertise and guidance throughout our Minnesota based Care Centers employing 2,100 dedicated employees.  This is a full-time remote position with a preference for someone in central or northeastern MN.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

Servant Leadership: with a true calling to apply your experience, skills, and knowledge to the benefits of others (both our Individuals Receiving Services and our Team of Associates). Experience leading Teams, goal setting, talent acquisition, performance management and day to day problem solving and resourcefulness.

Industry experience: 5 years in a healthcare organization preferred but not required.

Educational requirement: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a major in Accounting from an accredited college or University.
