Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Controlling, GHSP is currently looking for aPlant Operations Controllerto join our Operations team in our Grand Haven manufacturing facility.
The Plant Operations Controller is responsible to develop and support a culture where decisions are made to support GHSP's long term financial health and strategic objectives through analysis of financial and operations results and controls. The role prepares timely and accurate financial information and communicates to local Operations Teams and Director of Operations, as well as the Director of Corporate Controlling and CFO. The position is responsible for inventory costing and analysis in their location in accordance with GAAP, and Plant and GHSP requirements. The Plant Operations Controller provides timely financial inputs for their Plant in support of the financial forecast and annual budgeting process. These financial inputs are to be prepared in coordination and with both the local and global Operations Teams.
