RC Management is looking for a rental home inspector for Danville and the surrounding area. This position involves the following:
- Take pictures of recently vacated properties and make punch lists for contractors to get the home back into rent ready condition.
- Contact tenants to schedule and perform yearly inspections on lived in units and change furnace filters while on the property.
- Take pictures of recently renovated homes for marketing purposes.
