Overview:

McVay Plumbing is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sewer and Drain Install Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of sewer and drain installations, including scheduling, resource management, communication with team members and customers, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining installation schedules, coordinating resources with the service dispatcher, managing timesheets and breaks for technicians, and reviewing job statuses and plans to ensure compliance with instructions and quotes. The Coordinator will also play a crucial role in coordinating permits and inspections, ensuring the availability of parts and supplies, and coordinating material deliveries to job sites.

The successful candidate will have plumbing knowledge (preferred), excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role or in the plumbing industry is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the Sewer and Drain installation schedule.
• Coordinate resources with the Sewer and Drain service dispatcher.
• Maintain constant communication with plumbers, technicians, and field supervisors regarding job statuses and plans.
• Manage timesheets, breaks, start times, and PTO for all install team technicians.
• Review notes and pictures for all active jobs to ensure work is done with high quality and according to outlined instructions and quotes.
• Review estimates to ensure descriptions, summaries, photos, and walkthrough videos are complete, clear, and accurate.
• Evaluate and communicate capacity and booking dates for the customer service team.
• Assist the Customer Service team with communication and coordination of installation dates with customers.
• Coordinate permits and inspections including county health department and municipalities.
• Ensure availability of parts and supplies for installations.
• Coordinate the delivery of materials such as cold patch, gravel, and concrete to job sites for timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate road closures and traffic control as needed.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 3 Year's previous experience in a similar role or plumbing industry (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
