Position: Administrative Support Manager

This position coordinates all the internal workings in a small IT business.

Physical site location is in Ames, Iowa.

Reports to owners and executive management.

Oversees data entry position, sales support, customer service support, interns.

Requires Personal Skills:

· Friendly and effective communications with all persons within the business realm including customers, vendors, employees, outside service providers, interns, management, sales, CPAs, and IT personnel

· Proven ability to go the extra mile within a small business team

Requires Professional Skills:

· Customer Service

· Detail oriented

· Quickbooks desktop and online

· Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

· Banking

· Payroll processing

· Office management systems

Other Requirements:

· Valid Driver’s license and occasional availability of personal vehicle

· U.S. work authorization

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
