    The Director of Implementation – Tech Enablement will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology-driven projects, providing strategic direction, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while ensuring end-user acceptance and project goal attainment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in project management, and the ability to foster collaboration across teams and departments.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple Tech Enablement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, gain executive approval, and then pro-actively communicate any changes to help ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive working environment, promoting best practices in project management, technology enablement and working closely with product manager to ensure seamless transition for support and long-term product management.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects focused on automation and advanced technology, providing guidance and support to project managers and teams.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation across projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Lead the development and implementation of change management plans to ensure project success.
    • Identify and communicate changes in priorities, scope, resource requirements, and costs to executives for alignment and approval.
    • Establish and maintain program governance, including communication and reporting structures.
    • Monitor and report on program performance, forecast risks to future milestones or deliverables, and help the team assess impact and gain support for any necessary risk mitigation or timeline adjustments using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment with program objectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing program and project management processes.
    • Hold others accountable for deliverables.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
    • 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar senior project management role, particularly in Tech Enablement projects
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
    • Experience in risk management and strategic planning.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
    • Experience with automation and advanced technology projects.
    • Familiarity with operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
