Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled to join our team. As a , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support. This position requires strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient service, and basic life support. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administrative support and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and efficient patient care - Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vitals, administering medications, and assisting with X-rays - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records - Assist healthcare professionals with examinations, procedures, and treatments - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols - Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or degree in a related field preferred - Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding - Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable - Proficiency in medication administration and basic life support techniques - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide exceptional patient service - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using electronic medical record systems We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
