    Roth Staffing is looking for a Organizational Change Management Analyst II for the client (life insurance company).

    As a Change Analyst/Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting organizational change initiatives within the HR department. As a member of the Enterprise Change Management team, your primary focus will be on facilitating smooth transitions during process changes, system implementations, and other transformational projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that employees adapt to changes effectively and maximize their adoption of new processes and technologies. This role provides an excellent foundation for advancing within the change management discipline. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on more complex projects and contribute to larger-scale organizational transformations.


    Responsibilities:
    * Change Implementation:
    o Collaborate with change practitioners to execute components of their change plans across different projects, e.g., change readiness survey.
    o Assist in translating high-level change strategies into actionable steps.
    o Coordinate change comms plan efforts, ensuring consistent messaging to stakeholders.
    * Stakeholder Engagement:
    o Work closely with project teams, managers, and employees to facilitate smooth transitions.
    o Provide hands-on support during change rollouts, addressing questions and concerns.
    o Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to build trust and cooperation.
    * Adoption:
    o Monitor employee adoption of new processes and technologies.
    o Facilitate focus group sessions and interviews. Collect feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    * Metrics and Reporting:
    o Maintain records of change activities, including progress, challenges, and outcomes.
    o Assist in analyzing change-related metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
    o Prepare regular reports for senior management.
    * Change Readiness Assessments:
    o Participate in impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on employees.
    o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    o Support readiness activities to ensure employees are prepared for upcoming changes.


    Qualifications:
    * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    * Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools.
    * Strong execution capabilities.
    * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
    * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    * Data-driven storytelling capabilities.
    * Data analysis capabilities a plus.
    * Prosci certification a plus.
