The primary duty of the Healthcare Policy Analyst (Operational Policy Consultant (OPC)) is to serve as a client facing consultant on Federal contracts in support of healthcare policy and operational changes. The OPC will research and analyze the impact of legislative and regulatory trends and develop outreach, training, implementation, and program evaluation concepts that will best meet the needs of ARDX clients. The OPC will act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their goals and objectives and helping them meet or exceed their goals. The OPC should have strong knowledge of regulatory and legislative US healthcare policy, specific to the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act (PPACA) Health Insurance Marketplace. The OPC serves as a partner and strategist for solutions to complex challenges and can execute with excellence under tight delivery timeframes.
