Field Supervisor
Midwest Pool Management is looking to hire energetic, trustworthy, and reliable Field Supervisors. The Field Supervisor role is a fast-paced partnership with the facility management staff. In this position there will be daily and direct interaction with field staff and District Managers. The Field Supervisor will be a partner of the facility manager to ensure that the teams of staff they are responsible for have the knowledge, skills, resources, and training needed to achieve company and personal success.
You will also be responsible for providing high-quality, professional pool maintenance including regular maintenance and cleaning of municipal, commercial, and private swimming pools. You will drive your own vehicle to our various pools on a flexible route and transport pool equipment and supplies as needed. This is a seasonal position, beginning in April, and lasting into the fall to close and winterize pools at the end of the year.
As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities meet the excellent customer service standard that comes with the Midwest Pool Management name.
A successful individual will offer solutions and resolve issues using a combination of individual research, predetermined escalation processes and established partnerships with other service and office staff. Additionally, they will possess strong organizational and communication skills, understand operational rhythms, and consistently meet deadlines. This position requires reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Perform facility inspections evaluating for quality of operation; including safety, cleanliness, professionalism of staff, and customer service

Assist managers in maintaining a safe, clean environment that exceeds the client's expectations

Monitor and report on pool supply inventories

Assist in scheduling of lifeguards, cashiers, and concession workers as needed

Assist with pre and post season work

Document all maintenance issues and keep an up to date list

Assist managers in troubleshooting problems as they arise at the facility. This encompasses personnel, operational and water quality issues.

Basic pool pump and filter maintenance, strong ability to troubleshoot problems

Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing Pools

Maintain Chemical Levels, Testing Water, Adding Chemicals Preferred Skills:

Previous swimming pool experience is desirable.

Available April-September, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Typical shift hours are between 10 am - 9 pm, and hours are available 7 days a week and are subject to change. Up to 40 hours a week possible.

Be Professional. You represent Midwest Pool Management as well as the facility you are working at. We expect you to always present yourself in a professional manner, through both your appearance and attitude. A good work ethic is an important quality, one which all employers expect. All staff members must wear the required Company uniform while on duty. The required uniform includes, but is not limited to staff shirt, sunglasses, hat or visor, and water bottle.

Employees are expected to be available a minimum of 18 hours a week and must work at least four weekend days a month (2 Saturdays and Sundays, 4 Saturdays, 4 Sundays, or any combination their in.)
