**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking an experienced, skilled HVAC & Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary Maintenance and HVAC repairs.

**Responsibilities:**

Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance

• Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times
• Work with Punch Technicians to prepare the vacant units for occupancy
• Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property

**Requirements:**

• HVAC/ EPA certification required
• A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required
