Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage mortgage portfolios, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and risk tolerance.
• Delinquency Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio performance based on market trends and economic conditions. Ensure Delinquency Management is optimized across all default areas.
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on the mortgage market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape, to identify opportunities and risks.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage portfolio risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze portfolio performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including underwriters and analysts, to execute strategies and achieve portfolio objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Portfolio Manager or in a similar role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
