Overview
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of owner satisfaction.
Duties
- Monitor and report on the status of individual owners
- Monitor owner accounts daily and alert the team to any actions that need to be taken
- Ensure scheduled tasks are completed
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain accuracy for efficient tracking and reporting
-Perform data entry for all new owners
-Assist with as-needed uploading to CRM owner documents
Skills
- Strong background in reporting and internal customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and account management
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to analyze data and anticipate the next step
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
