Responsibilities:
Manage a team of individuals and drive performance, accountability and teamwork across location, and performance objectives.
Develop/Mentor your team in improving sales and ensure compliance to 24 Hour Fuel service standards and brand representation
Model leadership behaviors, and coach direct reports to maximize capabilities to influence team development and growth. Implement new ideas, merchandising concepts, and platforms with a heavy emphasis around sales growth and employee retention.
Grow organizational capability including the development of direct reports by utilizing career development plans and ensure employees understand and fulfill their compliance obligations
Conduct all aspects of the annual performance management process with your team
Manage PNL/SPLH for your respective area and drive results through an agreed set of performance measures
Create and implement strategies to achieve new growth objectives and sales targets
Ensure new initiatives are deployed on a timely basis and handle any special projects which support key business objectives
Support and lead merchandising execution and compliance, including special events (grand openings, customer appreciation events, special site promotions, etc.)
Ensure compliance with planogram (POG), promotions and point of purchase (POP) execution, resolve price book and back-office system (BOS) issues as needed
Identify performance evaluation success or issues and effectively communicate to Franchisee for resolution
