    What's the job?

    • Generator Parts Specialist
    • Research, accurately quote, purchase and organize generator replacement parts for internal service team and external customers.
    • Proactively sell residential generators by cultivating and developing relationships with contractors and end-users.
    • Assist walk-in and phone-in customers by cross selling, answering questions, resolving concerns and providing general customer service related to parts, rentals, and residential generators.
    • Ensure organization and cleanliness of the Parts department.
    • Serve as the primary contact for all shipping and receiving including ordering, tracking, and problem resolution.
    • Responsible for annual inventory management for assigned warehouse location, including inventory maintained in Technician vehicles.
    • Provide accurate, efficient, and timely quoting and invoicing of parts and residential generators.
    • Develop and maintain proactive and meaningful relationships with vendors.

    What's needed?

    • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
    • 2 years of experience in a high-volume parts department or relevant generator technical experience
    • Experience with material / enterprise resource planning (MRP / ERP) software is preferred
    • Experience with shipping courier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) software is preferred
