Principal Duty
The Operations Manager will manage, lead, and support the TGW Onsite Maintenance, Field Service, and more teams. You will be responsible for, ensuring the delivery of services to the highest standard for TGW customers. Budget management, and reporting for both the customer and TGW will be required in detail to be reviewed on a monthly basis with detailed explanations on deviation from plan and counter measures to correct the deviations.
The Operations Manager will also be expected to manage any escalations that occur, and be present in the escalation strategy for your responsible contracts.
Good communication skills are required to ensure that a professional relationship with the customer is developed and maintained along with the management of your customer accounts, and meeting Field Service expectations.
