We handle professional residential and commercial window cleaning jobs - interior and exterior (no high-rise). We achieve quality work through the use of quality tools and techniques - all while building an excellent rapport with our customers. Occasionally a long day will need to be worked, but some days are finished early. We work on hot days, cold and windy days, along with beautiful sunny days when the weather is just right. We do have to deal with bugs sometimes. Often we work at client's homes with breathtaking views, receive high praise when we are finished and walk away proud. Sometimes we are behind schedule and things can get a bit chaotic.
What an average day looks like:
Picking up a company vehicle and clocking in. Grabbing a coffee and any extra tools needed for the day, then heading to the first job. Typically we've worked in crews of 2 and on average complete anywhere from 2 - 5 houses (depending on size) within the day. The day ends with returning the vehicle and briefly going over the day's work if necessary.
This position is for 16 - 26 hours a week. With a strong potential for full time.
Some Requirements
Able to climb a ladder (up to two stories, but usually less).
The physical strength/ability to: lift the occasional heavy thing, be on your feet most of the day, squat, bend, etc. - While working at an efficient pace.
Wage
There will be a two week training and probation period starting at $17.00 per hour.
After training you can expect to earn somewhere between $18 - $22 per hour - with plenty of room for growth in pay as you continue to hone your skills. All customer tips are split amongst technicians.
Schedule
Variable daytime hours between Monday and Friday. Current company hours of operation are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. We start earlier during the hotter months.
