As a Delivery Associate you will be getting every order to customers in a safe manner. You'll be assigned a comfortable delivery van, and you’ll be trained on how to drive it! We’re hiring seasonal delivery associates to deliver packages around the Orlando, FL area working out of warehouse DFL4. Our best drivers will be offered permanent positions at the end of the seasonal period.

Here’s the perks:

· Starting Hourly pay: $20.00 p/h

Here’s the requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years old, no exceptions

· Must have a clean driving record with no more than 1 violation within the last 3 years, and no DUI’s within the past 10 years

· Must be available to work 10 hours per day

· Must be able to read and understand directions in English

· Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Ability to get in and out of a delivery van 50-250 times per day

· Must be reliable and consistently follow the route schedule

· Must embrace and follow company’s safety program

· Must consent to a pre-employment screening

We’re looking for Delivery Associates that:

· Love to meet customers’ demands, and provide great service

· Can work independently 10 hours daily

· Drive defensively and are safety conscience at all times

· Are able to resolve issues on their own

· Are team players, and are willing to assist other associates when needed

Experience:

Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
• Experience with Amazon Flex, Uber/Eats, Lyft, Doordash, Instacart and other rideshare, or delivery services highly desired.
