Join TeamHealth and our growing team in Lanett, Alabama as part of our post-acute care team. This opportunity is perfect for a part-time internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with a targeted rounding of 3 days.
TeamHealth fully supports our clinician teams so that you can do what you do best, provide unmatched patient care. We are physician-driven, patient-focused and provide ample opportunities for growth as you develop your career in post-acute medicine. TeamHealth currently offers post-acute services to 35 facilities in the state of Alabama.
We ask that you have an active Alabama license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.

Columbus is one of Georgia's three Fall Line Cities, along with Augusta and Macon. The Fall Line is where the hilly lands of the Piedmont plateau meet the flat terrain of the coastal plain.
