Precision Assembler performs precision assembling, aligning, or adjusting within very tight tolerances. Follows schematics and specification documents to complete measuring, fitting, wiring, and soldering of components to assemble units. Being a Precision Assembler calibrates and tests subcomponents and finished products to ensure quality and functionality. Inspects produced parts for quality assurance, identifies defects and makes adjustments. Additionally, Precision Assembler uses standard hand and power tools, and precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, and dial calipers. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Precision Assembler works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Votre quotidien:
En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous serez responsable de la construction de dispositifs standard et personnalisés, de modules et d'autres assemblages en suivant les spécifications et la documentation tout en optimisant la qualité et l'efficacité de la production.
Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:
- Tester les assemblages, sous-assemblages et systèmes intégrés selon les normes de qualité avant de passer aux produits finis ;
- Comprendre la documentation et les spécifications associées à un Bon de travail ;
- Appliquer des connaissances techniques et les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie au travail ;
- Conserver des enregistrements des résultats du processus, y compris les certificats de test, les feuilles de temps, etc ;
- Développer, construire et entretenir l'équipement, les outils, les dispositifs de fixation et les gabarits nécessaires au travail ;
- Soutenir la sécurité et la santé au travail, s'assurer que la zone de travail est sûre, propre et fonctionnelle ;
- Collaborer avec d'autres domaines au besoin, notamment le service, l'intégration et le contrôle qualité.
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en assemblage électronique/électrique ou mécanique ;
- Formation technique en électricité/électronique ou mécanique ;
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans, des assemblages mécaniques, des schémas et des diagrammes électriques ;
- Expérience et capacité à manipuler des outils manuels connexes, soudure, sertissage, serrage, etc ;
- Connaissance des procédures de sécurité électrique et de protection contre les décharges électrostatiques.
- Un minimum de trois semaines de congés ;
- Jours fériés sponsorisés par l'entreprise ;
- Assurance collective et programme 401(k).
