• Quality Guardianship: Ensure top-notch product quality at each press running in your cell every single day. You'll make the call to turn the card green for a job well done or yellow if an issue arises, immediately alerting the "A" team. Your keen eye and dedication are crucial.
• Running the Show: As directed by your Group Lead or Supervisor, you'll operate the presses like a seasoned pro.
• Master of Containment: Execute all operations according to our production containment work instructions.
• Labeling and Packaging Perfection: Verify that labeling and packaging are spot on for completed products within your cell and stamp the boxes accordingly.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Collaborate with teams across the board to identify root causes and find solutions when issues arise.
