SPIROL Precision Products, Stow, OH has a full time position available on 3rd shift for an EXPERIENCED Precision Surface Grinder. Candidate must have experience operating grinding equipment designed to remove material from production parts to achieving any or all of the part requirements for thickness, flatness, parallelism, or surface finish.

• Operate the grinding equipment and perform the necessary grinding procedures to achieve the specifications required per the product blueprint or job production line up
• Properly read and understand blueprints including symbols, specifications, and dimensional limitations.
• Properly use and read inspection gages and tools including micrometers, calipers, and check gages.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have at least three years prior experience using production grinding equipment.
• Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have knowledge and skills to use a computer and other related technology.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, prints and production routings.
• Ability to utilize and interpret inspection gauges and equipment.
• Ability to follow priorities, achieve goals and coordinate activities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• No sitting, lifting or bending restrictions. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
