Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Perform retail math calculations for transactions and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Strong technical sales knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Retail math skills for accurate transactions and inventory management
- Proficient in use of office technology such as a fax machine and printers
- Ability to stock shelves and maintain organized displays
- Upselling skills to increase sales revenue
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
