We are looking for a responsible Pricing Specialist to perform research and pricing of various industrial parts. Duties of the Pricing Specialist include data entry, market research, and other general office work as assigned.

What does a Pricing Specialist do?

A Pricing Specialist will research details about products for sale by our company. They will use the Internet and other tools to check competitors’ prices, market conditions and other factors used to determine the listing price for products.

Pricing Specialist will also check product listings for quality and accuracy. Additionally, Pricing Specialist will update our internal database with new products from various vendors (data entry).

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Previous experience within our industry is a plus.

Ultimately, a successful Pricing Specialist should ensure that products are listed for sale accurately, professionally and quickly. We are a growing company looking for an energetic team player.

This is an entry level position starting at $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Researching Pricing and Product Information.
• Setting the listing prices of products for sale.
• Entering product information.
• Ensuring the quality of product listings.
• Working with remote facilities over the phone to correct any problems.
• Data Entry of large sets of data using Microsoft Excel.
• Other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Basic typing skills and computer skills
• Experience with macOS computers is a plus but not required
• Proficiency with the Internet is a must
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Other

Paid time for scheduled holidays, 3 emergency days, and one week vacation after 1 year of employment.

9am -5pm, 2 x15 minute breaks and 30 minute lunch. Monday -Friday. At this time the shift is not flexible.
