FULL TIME PRICING COORDINATOR and OFFICE ASSISTANT

Griffin Beverage Co., a family owned beverage distributor, located in West Branch, MI is looking for an individual that will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, who is looking for a challenging career and likes to work independently as well as with a team. Good data entry skills and knowledge of Excel, Quick Books and other Microsoft applications are essential in this position. The successful candidate will be able to organize multiple tasks to finish jobs accurately and on time, set priorities, communicate effectively, and analyze details while maintaining a positive and professional manner. Job Details:

• Process pricing requests from suppliers and brand managers
• Manage chain and independent pricing groups
• Submit pricing and products into customer portals
• Verify pricing, research variances and process corrections
• Communicate all aspects of pricing
• Submit and track depletions and bill backs
• Learn and Manage Beverage database, and files
• Create excel documents and prepare reports
• Provide office support functions including answering phone system, entering orders, and other accounting tasks.
• Assist with reconciling and processing customer orders, invoices, payments and deposits

A combination of education or experience with data bases and data entry, computers, accounting, and proficiency with Excel preferred. Knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Office and Teams helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
